Hospice care is happening in places you wouldn't expect and in ways you might not recognise. Friendships are being formed on dog walks through our Compassionate Neighbour scheme. Our Hospice at Home nurses are delivering expert care in your neighbours' living room. People are connecting over shared grief during our gentle Walk and Talks in Richmond park. All of this is hospice care.
