Your legal rights

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and / or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy

In addition to your legal rights, we will also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the goods with the original price ticket attached, the original receipt and in the same condition as purchased, within 28 days from the date of purchase and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.

This does not apply to jewellery, beauty products, lingerie, electrical goods and furniture.


It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit the room and access points (doorways, stairways. etc.) prior to buying. The delivery team are not permitted to remove doors or disassemble furniture to gain access.

For furniture that fails to fit, please contact the shop from where the furniture was purchased within 5 days of the delivery or purchase date. The original receipt must be provided for an exchange or refund to be given. Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

The shop from where the item was purchased will arrange a collection from the delivery address and advise when the customer may return to the shop for a refund. This will be made to the original card or payment method.

Please note that furniture can be held for 24 hours to check size, fitting and access.

In the unfortunate situation that the furniture is damaged during delivery, you should contact the shop manager whilst the delivery team are on site.
