Our monthly Community Bereavement Cafés are drop in sessions that are open to anyone living with bereavement. Pop in for a cup of tea and the chance to talk with someone who is trained to listen, or just come and share your experiences with other bereaved people. There is no need to book, just turn up.

How we're reaching more people
Support in your local community
By working in the community, we’re able to bring support and comfort to more people than ever before. Here are a few ways that we’re reaching out to local people.
Compassionate Neighbours are very special people – trained volunteers who go out in the community to visit people living with terminal illness. They offer friendship and a listening ear to patients, their families and carers. This can mean popping round for a cup of tea and a chat, or going out with you to do something you enjoy. They can help you stay connected to your friends and your community, as well as helping you get in touch with other services that may be helpful.
