A range of useful information, books, blogs and links to enable you to support yourself in your grief.

Grieving is normal

Grief is a normal reaction to significant loss, but it can be an emotionally painful experience. Every person’s experience of grief is different – feelings of despair, anger, guilt and relief are all common. It can be comforting knowing that others share them. Most people that experience loss will cope with their grief with the support of friends, family, peers and additional support services such as our Hospice and community based support groups.
