When can I watch the service?

You can watch the service anytime from 4.30pm on Sunday 6 December.

Can I watch the service on my mobile, tablet or desktop?

You can watch the service on any of the above as long as you have sound.

Will I need to sign in, set up an account or provide any personal details?

No. Simply visit to watch the film. You will not be asked to enter any details, set up a password etc.

Is the event on Zoom, Facebook or MS Teams?

No. We wanted to ensure everyone could access this service and felt the easiest way to do this would be by hosting the service on our Princess Alice Hospice website.

Will you be able to see or hear me?

As the event will not be live, it’s not possible to turn your microphone or camera on during the service so we won’t hear or see you.

How long is the service and can I pause the service?

The service is approximately 30 minutes long. You can pause the service at any time by clicking on the pause button.
