Our Care
For 40 years, Princess Alice Hospice has been
providing free, high quality specialist end of life care. We deliver our care
across a large part of Surrey, south west London and Middlesex – more than one
million people are eligible for our help. Today, at any one time, we are
looking after more than 1,000 people in need.
Our Charity
It costs over £12.3 million each year to provide our free, high quality care. We are investing in developing services to reach out to even more people in need. As a charity, only 20% of our income comes from core NHS sources, so it is the ongoing generous support of the local community that makes it possible to do our work
Our Volunteers
Volunteers have always played a vital part in the success of
our Hospice. We have over 1,300 volunteers in 80 different roles supporting
our charity within our hospice and our shops.
Our Staff
By working together, our highly trained teams whether in Clinical,
Education and Research, Bereavement and Marketing or Operations are all
focused on ensuring families and carers
get the right care by the right person at the right time.
