There are lots of ways you and your organisation can support us. You can make a regular or one-off donation, you can hold a fundraising event, or you can be exceedingly team-spirited and do some corporate volunteering. Or why not go the whole hog and make us your charity of the year so that you can do an exciting mixture of all of them? Here are a few of the absolutely brilliant companies who have chosen to help us out in a range of ways.
Barclays’ Corporate, Guildford and Heathrow staff took over our Kingston and Staines stores for the day, selling items that they had donated.
BP is one of the world’s leading integrated oil and gas companies. Their staff have volunteered at the Hospice on several days, assisting with tasks such as painting, gardening and shredding. BP also donates an hourly rate for each employee volunteer to PAH.
DHL is the global leader in the logistics industry, specialising in international shipping, courier services and transportation. DHL’s Service Point based near Heathrow has chosen to support the Hospice. They’ve raised funds in a range of ways including making and selling Christmas crafts, volunteering in the Hospice and beyond and offering transport logistical support.

We will be working with Natalie Milsted (Workplace Investing Client Service Manager). Natalie has already signed up to do the Royal Parks Half. Fidelity are sponsors of our upcoming Ember Big Band Night and our Santa Fun Run at the end of the year. This amazing support alongside individual employee fundraising, volunteering and regular charity quiz nights demonstrate what a great partnership they are to us.
Garsons is an award-winning garden centre and farm shop. Their Esher branch, where you’ll also find the UK’s largest Pick Your Own Farm, chose Princess Alice Hospice as their Charity of the Year 2018. We benefited from collection tins at all till points and at evening events and their biggest fundraiser of the year – the Christmas reindeer attraction, as well as hosting a ‘Memory Tree’ in the run up to Christmas. They have long supported our summer fete by letting us use their car park, and in summer 2020 they kindly sponsored our Virtual Garden Show.
We are thrilled to have teamed up with clothing & accessory company, LavenderLime as their official partner charity. LavenderLime hold online sales fairs as well as attending real life events and have generously offered to donate 10% of their sales from such events to Princess Alice Hospice. And, because they’re really rather nice indeed, they’re also covering the admin fees for processing this partnership – what thoroughly good eggs they are!
Founded in 1884, Marks and Spencer is one of the UK’s best loved retailers, specialising in clothing, home products and luxury food products. Various local branches have supported the Hospice over the years, including Sunbury Cross and Tolworth, which provided collection tins, donated plastic bag income, held a fundraising fun day, and encouraged staff to sign up to sponsored events.
Mundays is a Surrey-based law firm that has supported the hospice for 15 years, raising over £100,000 for us. Mundays organises a golf society and an annual 5k charity run, in support of the Hospice.
