Our corporate partners

There are lots of ways you and your organisation can support us. You can make a regular or one-off donation, you can hold a fundraising event, or you can be exceedingly team-spirited and do some corporate volunteering. Or why not go the whole hog and make us your charity of the year so that you can do an exciting mixture of all of them?Here are a few of the absolutely brilliant companies who have chosen to help us out in a range of ways.

Barclays’ Corporate

Barclays’ Corporate, Guildford and Heathrow staff took over our Kingston and Staines stores for the day, selling items that they had donated.

BP

BP is one of the world’s leading integrated oil and gas companies. Their staff have volunteered at the Hospice on several days, assisting with tasks such as painting, gardening and shredding.  BP also donates an hourly rate for each employee volunteer to PAH.

DHL

DHL is the global leader in the logistics industry, specialising in international shipping, courier services and transportation.  DHL’s Service Point based near Heathrow has chosen to support the hospice. They’ve raised funds in a range of ways including  making and selling Christmas crafts, volunteering in the hospice and beyond and offering transport logistical support.

Garsons

Garsons is an award-winning garden centre and farm shop. Their Esher branch, where you’ll also find the UK’s largest Pick Your Own Farm, has recently chosen Princess Alice Hospice as their Charity of the Year.  We will benefit from collection tins at all till points, encouraging members to make donations at evening events and their biggest fundraiser of the year – the Christmas reindeer attraction. They have long supported our summer fete by letting us use their car park.

Henry’s Kitchen

Henry’s Kitchen is a café and restaurant located on Bridge Road in East Molesey, offering sustainable and ethical food and drinks. Henry’s Kitchen is donating 50p from one of their starters and one of their main courses to the hospice for the next few months.

Jill Zander

Jill Zander is a skin rejuvenation clinic in Esher that has supported the hospice in a number of ways. They’ve volunteered two therapists to provide manicures at our Look Good, Feel Great events; supplied vouchers for our ‘win-a-wish’ raffle; provided a therapist to advise ladies with secondary breast cancer about skin care; and matching the funds raised at their open evening.

L.A. Training

L.A. Training which holds outdoor fitness boot camps in Esher is donating £5 from each sign-up to the hospice.

M&S

Founded in 1884, Marks and Spencer is one of the UK’s best loved retailers, specialising in clothing, home products and luxury food products.  Various local branches have supported the hospice over the years, including Sunbury Cross and Tolworth which provided collection tins, donated plastic bag income, held a fundraising fun day, and encouraged staff to sign up to sponsored events.

 

Mountain Warehouse

UK outdoor retailer Mountain Warehouse has designed a range of 5 canvas tote bags, where 100% of the profits from each bag sold will go to local charities around their stores across the UK and Republic of Ireland.  Princess Alice Hospice is delighted to be the chosen charity for the Mountain Warehouse Richmond store.

Princess Alice Hospice and Mountain Warehouse are passionate about supporting the local community, so we hope you will join us in this exciting campaign and pay a visit to the Richmond store to check out the new canvas bag collection.

 

Mundays

Mundays is a Surrey-based law firm that has supported the hospice for 15 years, raising over £100,000 for us. Mundays organises a golf society and an annual 5k charity run in Bushy Park, in support of the hospice.

Squires

Over more than 80 years, Squires has grown to meet many of Surrey’s garden centre needs, and their Long Ditton branch has chosen the hospice to be their Charity of the Year. They have supported us with fundraising days such as their Mexican fiesta day, as well as with their collection tins and buckets and raffles at their Christmas shopping evenings, alongside Santa’s Grotto!

Several of the amazing companies listed above have shown their support by getting a team together, rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck into some volunteering activities for the hospice. Be it painting, digging, leafleting or even posing for a photo shoot, there are heaps of fun and rewarding ways to help us out and have a fantastic team day, away from the office, at the same time.
