A legacy is an amount of money or property left to someone in a Will

Why include Princes Alice Hospice in a Will?

Legacies give us the confidence that we will have the funds we need well into the future and allow us to help more people in our community and provide more care.

A gift of any size can make a difference. Larger gifts enable us to take on major projects, like recruiting new specialist teams, whilst smaller gifts can help us make someone’s last days special.

How can I support Princess Alice Hospice?

There are lots of ways you can support our Hospice by organising a coffee morning, playing our lottery, completing a sponsored challenge, leaving a gift in your Will, volunteering etc.

How do I find out more about leaving a gift in my Will?

To find out more please fill in our online form here and a member of our team will be in contact with you.

I have seen some information about leaving a gift in my Will but I have already included Princess Alice Hospice in my Will.

Thank you. Your gift helps ensure we are there for future generations. Our gifts in Wills booklet talks in a little more detail about the difference your gift could make and contains a form which you can complete and return. This gives us the opportunity to thank you and let you know about all the exciting and inspiring things we are doing and are planning to do.

What do I do if I already have a Will, but now want to include Princess Alice Hospice?

Amending this is relatively easy to do by adding what is known as a codicil – a document that is attached to your Will that modifies your Will, or part of it. Our gifts in Wills booklet contains a freepost returns form which enables you to request further information from a member of our fundraising team. Alternatively you could call them directly on 01372 461808  or email supportercare@pah.org.uk

How do I create a Will and include a gift to Princess Alice Hospice?
