Thanks to Sandown for hosting our Santas!
We’re delighted that Sandown Park Racecourse and The Jockey Club have once again generously opened their gates for one of our much-loved Santa Fun Runs this festive season.
The event will take place on Saturday 14 December, offering supporters the chance to don their Santa suits and take on a 5k route around the impressive racecourse, all to raise vital funds for Princess Alice Hospice.
This marks the third year that Sandown Park has hosted our festive fundraiser, and we are truly grateful for their continued support. Their partnership not only helps us stage such a memorable community event, but also highlights the power of local collaboration in making a real difference for people living with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Last year’s event saw 290 Santas dash, jog, and stroll their way around the course, raising an incredible £66,442 for the Hospice. The sight of hundreds of red suits and smiling faces was a heart-warming reminder of how much fun fundraising can be, and how, together, we can keep our compassionate care available to everyone who needs it.
This year, we’re hoping to welcome even more Santas to the start line. Whether you’re taking part with friends, family, or colleagues, every step you take and every pound you raise helps us continue to provide end-of-life care and support across our community.
If Sandown Park isn’t your local spot, don’t worry — you can also join us for our Bushy Park Santa Fun Run on Saturday 30 November. Both events promise festive fun, laughter, and the feel-good glow of giving back.
