We are in the middle of celebrating Black History Month at the Hospice. During October, our talented Catering team treat us to some delicious dishes from around the world. Last year, they created a menu from across the African continent, this year we tucked into some Caribbean delights.

Jerk chicken, rice and peas, lentil patties and curried goat were all on the menu, along with toto, which is an almond and coconut cake.

Chirs, Tony and David smiling at the cameraDespite the rising cost of living and having to source specific ingredients, our Catering team’s careful planning meant they did an amazing job and everybody loved the dishes.
