Our first priority will always be to ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, staff and volunteers.

Our Senior Leadership Team continues to work closely with the specific task group set up in early March 2020 to manage all matters relating to COVID-19. As an organisation, we lifted all COVID-related restrictions on 4 April 2022, in line with national government guidance, but monitor the situation closely and may re-introduce measures if we feel it to be necessary or beneficial.

We continue to encourage all staff, volunteers and visitors to the Hospice to

  • wash hands thoroughly and frequently, using soap and water
  • use hand sanitiser points around the Hospice
  • give others personal space
  • wear a mask if appropriate
  • use wipes available on tables and equipment
  • open windows to increase ventilation

In many cases, new options (such as using video calling for a variety of purposes) that were introduced during lockdowns will continue to be offered along side more traditional channels.

Any updates will be posted on our social media channels, too – Instagram, Facebook and Twitter; if you want to receive these then please ‘follow’ us.

Thank you for your continued help and support at this time.
