How can I help my family?
We are able to provide counselling to each member of a family; however, if people do not want to attend we can provide family members who are receiving counselling with advice and resources so that they can offer support.
People can access support and counselling as and when they need it, some people seek help straight away others wait, it is about individual need and we are here when they need our help and for as long as they need it.
