Trustee and committee volunteersThe Hospice is fortunate to have the support of a diverse and committed group of Trustees and Committee Members. They help us in a variety of ways and all act as Ambassadors in promoting our work throughout the community and beyond. They all give their time and professional expertise to us for free. We regularly review our needs and if you have skills and experience in the fields of law, marketing, business development, public relations, retail and fundraising, then why not put them to good use for a vital local charity? "I have been involved with the Hospice for just over two years, first as a Committee member and now as one of the Trustees. I was spurred into contacting Princess Alice Hospice after losing my sister and seeing at first hand the wornderful services that hospices provide and the vital need to raise money so others can benefit from their care"."Initially helping and supporting the Hospice was a healing process for me and it has been a great experience that has seen me make friends, develop new skills and make a difference. As a trustee, I am now more formally involved in the decision making of the organisation and ensuring that Princess Alice Hospice has a stable future".Jane Hargrave, Trustee Volunteer If you are interested in volunteering at the Hospice please contact Nicki Cooper, Chief Executive, for an informal chat on 01372 461820 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
