Coffee shop volunteerDoug is from Kingston and has been volunteering at the Hospice for over 5 years. "When I retired I wanted to devote some of my free time to do some voluntary work. A friend encouraged me to apply to Princess Alice Hospice and for many, many years now I have volunteered at the Coffee Shop. The gratitude of patients and their families for the love and kindness they receive at the Hospice is reward enough, and I feel it a humbling and great privilege to serve them and the Hospice in any way I can."
