Role description

This is usually the first point of contact for anyone visiting or telephoning the Hospice. The desk is manned from 08.30 hrs to 21.00 hrs weekdays and at weekends from 09.30 until 21.00.  This is a very busy role, particularly during office hours, dealing with visitors, enquiries and our main switchboard. The role demands a great deal of patience, tact and understanding.
