Role description

The Coffee Shop is open each weekday from 10.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs and at weekends from 10.00 hrs to 19.00 hrs. In addition to serving refreshments and light snacks, the Coffee Shop provides a 'refuge' for visitors needing to be away from a patient's bedside for a while and the volunteer on duty should be ready to provide a sympathetic ear.
