Then a position at Princess Alice Hospice might be just what you are looking for. Princess Alice Hospice is one of the top ten adult hospices in the UK providing specialist palliative care in a superb purpose-built 28 bedded In-Patient Unit and Day Hospice, and in the community.
In addition to core professional development opportunities such as mentorship and leadership training, the Hospice offers a comprehensive specialist post registration development package, which ranges from the Certificate in Essential Palliative Care to Masters Accreditation.
The specialist palliative care In-Patient Unit is an integrated Ward and Day Hospice service. Nurses working on the Unit are Ward based as a member of a team of nurses, with the opportunity to also gain experience in the Day Hospice environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated registered nurses who have a commitment to developing their specialist palliative care skills and knowledge to join our specialist palliative care In-Patient Unit. Support will be provided for the Certificate in Essential Palliative Care and mentorship training.
