Practice Teacher: Community Team

• Salary: £31,278 - £40,854 p.a. (comparable to AfC Band 7 + 5% fringe LW)

• Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week)

Following major re-structuring of the Princess Alice Hospice Education Department, we have developed a dynamic new role for an experienced specialist palliative care practitioner who wishes to develop their career within education, whilst maintaining commitment to a portfolio of current clinical practice.

This post will provide educational and professional development support for the Community Specialist Palliative Care Service.  The role will include contributing to learning, teaching and assessment activities at support worker, pre-registration and post-graduate levels.  For individuals without a teaching qualification, this will be supported through Kingston/St George’s Faculty of Healthcare Sciences.
