• Salary: £31,770 - £41,098 p.a. plus unsocial hours payment (comparable to AfC Band 7 + 5% fringe London Weighting)



• Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week) (0.8 FTE considered)

The specialist palliative care In-Patient Unit is an integrated Ward and Day Hospice service. Nurses working on the Unit are Ward based as a member of a team of nurses. 

As a Specialist Practitioner and a key member of the multi-disciplinary team on the In-patient Unit, you will take responsibility for leading a team of nurses and working autonomously to facilitate and provide high quality specialist palliative nursing care. You should have a palliative care qualification, relevant degree or diploma or be in the process of undertaking one. Palliative care experience is essential.
