SHOP MANAGER, Ashtead

• HOURS: 37.5 hours per week working flexibly over a 6 day working week, with some Saturdays off

• SALARY: £16,462 - £17,128 per annum

We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to run our shop in Ashtead.  You will be joining a team of highly motivated individuals and will receive full support from an Area Manager.

To fulfil the requirements of this post you should have:

• Experience of management in a customer service industry
• Knowledge of women’s fashion brands and trends
• Good presentation and merchandising skills
• Stamina and enthusiasm for hands on physical work
• Good interpersonal leadership skills
• Integrity and an affinity for working in a position of responsibility in the voluntary sector
