There are many ways you can get involved with the Princess Alice Hospice and help us raise the vital funds needed to keep our services going.

You can help us fundraise in several ways:

• By leaving a legacy in your Will

Why we need to fundraise

All the services that the Hospice provides are free of charge to all patients and their carers, families and friends.

The Princess Alice Hospice costs around £6 million to run each year … that’s almost £16,500 each day. Grants negotiated from the NHS provide 25% of these costs. Voluntary contributions make up the balance as follows: 15% from Retail and investments, 25% from legacies and 35% from individual donations, fundraising activities and the Hospice Lottery.

Our fundraising forms a vital part of the daily life of the Hospice, giving people in our community the chance to get involved in fundraising events or to directly support the Hospice with a donation.
